I eat a grain-free, mostly paleo diet (along with some dairy- primal) and this blog serves to share the recipes I have created that are absolutely delicious and healthy. I want to inspire people to eat healthier and get people back to their optimal health. The paleo diet can help you lose weight, give you back your energy, make you look younger, fix digestive issues, cure skin problems, and much more!! First I started a gluten free diet about 3 years ago when I started having severe chronic stomach pains everyday, as well as headaches, skin problems, fatigue, and muscle aches. It slightly helped but I wanted to try something else that would fix the problem completely. This is when I decided to go completely grain-free and try the paleo diet. The paleo diet was my savior! It improved my skin sooo much, improved my digestive issues, gave me more energy, and greatly reduced my muscle pains. My head doesn’t feel like it’s living in a fog anymore! The paleo diet has improved my life so much, and I am writing this blog because I want to help other people that have experienced similar experiences to me, and people who just want to lose weight or eat a little healthier.
